La Roca Rara was designed and built in the style of The Alhambra Palace by a wealthy american industrialist in 1970.
On the villa’s main floor, the lounge with central fireplace opens onto a large south-facing terrace with spectacular views to the sea. The terrace has been redesigned with a huge pergola with seating area and BBQ facilities.
Adjoining the lounge is a dining room seating 12 to 16 as well as a raised TV area with plasma, satellite & DVD facilities opening onto a south-facing balcony. The villa’s six spacious en-suite bedrooms and elegant master suite feature a fireplace and air conditioning.
Other rooms on the main floor include a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room, The lower level comprises laundry facilities, a cedar-lined sauna with showers, storage, and a separate staff apartment consisting of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bath.
The villa has been recently updated to the latest modern specification. All the bathrooms have been updated to the latest contemporary style. The large kitchen is fitted with a gas range hob and double oven, two microwaves, an American style refrigerator, and dishwasher.
